Return & Refund Policy

Retail (B2C) Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact.
• Customized, etched, or labelled products are non-returnable unless defective.
• Contact marketing@salemstainless.com with order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
• Refund amount covers product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Bank transfer orders are refunded to the original payment account.

Bulk (B2B) Orders

Bulk and customized orders follow terms agreed in the quotation. Contact SSP VAP Marketing for resolution of quality or delivery issues.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email photos and order details to marketing@salemstainless.com within 48 hours of delivery.
