Warranty Policy

SALEMSTAINLESS stainless steel products are manufactured at Salem Steel Plant with quality assurance.

Standard Warranty

• Manufacturing defects are covered as per product-specific warranty terms.
• Warranty applies to normal domestic use under recommended care instructions.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required for warranty claims.

Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches from abrasive cleaners or steel scrubbers.
• Customized products unless a separate warranty is agreed in writing.
